I adopted a dog from the shelter almost a year ago. She is a Shephard, Husky and Great Pyrenees mix. When I got her she was blowing her winter coat and had extremely dry hair and skin and was underweight and in poor condition due to being a stray for about 9 months. I started her on decent food, salmon oil and worked to remove her undercoat a little at a time. She is not happy about being brushed, she hates the rake on her skin. When I saw this rake available as a free promotional I ordered it. I gave her a few swipes trying to keep it off her skin and it did get hair easily but she didn't like it. I'll try it again when the weather is better and she's not trying to get away. For now I can say it does pull the undercoat well.

Oh wow this is the coolest best malting comb for my cat Luna i have ever got. Its very very well made & sturdy very good quality material and its not sharp the teeth on it are quite smooth & it comes with a saftey cap as well. Very easy to clean no fur clings to it unlike some we have purchased, which in all honesty are more painful & time consuming trying to clean them. The excess fur or cat hair on this comb easily comes off . Luna loves it and it has made her coat sooooo shinny and the amount of fur it takes off is unbelievable. Im sure Luna feels so much better for it. When she see's us grab it she litterally comes running to us lol. If you have Fur babies i 1000% recommed you grab your self one of these malting combs, well worth the money. Its an awsome product 😀👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is NOT your standard brush. It cuts the hair as you brush it. But it is wonderful for keeping those longer hair breeds from getting hairballs.Brush WITH the hair and it just takes out all the undercoat and tidies. Brush AGAINST the hair and it pulls/cuts the hair.My cats usually love to be brushed and this was no exemption to that, they loved it, so much so that for the first time our ginger boy stayed and got a full brushing. No more mats of dead hair.If I could give it more stars I would!

I ordered this because one of my cats is a tad obese and needs a little help with grooming and keeping up with his thicker undercoat. I have tried numerous brushes but I feel like I can brush him endlessly and never get all the fur out from underneath, but no more! This thing is awesome! I ran it over him a few times and it took out so much hair and made his coat feel very healthy and soft. I tried it on my other cat who doesn't shed as much and it even got some loose fur off him. I would like to note that it's not ideal for ling haired cats though unless you've already brushes them and they are completely tangle free, and you have to be a little gentle with it. Overall though, I love this brush.

This removes so much fir from my cats it is unbelievable. No idea how it does it given the simple arragement, but it really does help remove tangles and extra fir.In use each of my cats reacts differently. One hates it and won't let you go near her with it, while her brother loves it and tries to bite it while you're brushing him. The long hair cat tollerates it for a little while but clearly doesn't enjoy it - but if you don't comb her she gets in knots, so it is essential for her.I like that it includes a safety cap when not in use. The angled shape works well.
